Every line I write is pushed to a repo you own. GitHub, GitLab, wherever you want it — you're the owner, I'm a collaborator until you say otherwise.
Schemas, migrations, seed data, a full export, the project transfers to your account on request (with a fee)
Stripe, HubSpot, Twilio, OpenAI, Cloudflare — anything I stand up is registered in your name, on your billing, with you as the root owner. I get invited in.
Bring your own — you already own it. If I house it for you, the domain is paid a full year up front on your behalf and transferred to your registrar at any time with 7 days' notice.
If this isn't working — for any reason — you get a full handoff: the code, a fresh database export, every credential, a recorded walkthrough of how it all fits together, and a friendly intro to whoever's picking it up next. No exit fees, no held-hostage data, no drama.
Files, database, hosting setup — I stand it all up. You just point at what you want built.
At any point, ask and receive: repo access, DB export, account transfers, docs and diagrams.
